It’s up and ready, my first video on YouTube!
I finally took the leap and entered the world that is Youtube. I have created this YouTube channel as another way of connecting and sharing my experiences of what has changed my life, in the hope that it will benefit others and reach an even greater audience.I hope that you can gain even more value out of these videos!
This channel will be a lot about my workouts and fitness routines all based on the Bodyweight Built method- no gym, weights or fancy equipment. Body weight and calisthenics style training has changed my life in more ways than one and I want to show you how it can change yours too.
I will also be making videos on everything health and fitness related from what I eat to recovery tips and injury prevention. My first video which you can check out by CLICKING HERE is an intro of who I am and a recap of my recent trip through Europe with the family and keeping fit while traveling with calisthenics that you can do anywhere!
As you probably know by now, I don’t use a gym or lift weights anymore- I stopped seeing results and was stuck in a plateau that lasted years, it wasn’t until I finally took the courage and backed myself, my knowledge and my experience to leave the gym and start with body weight training that the plateau was SMASHED and results came instantly.
I’m not saying gym and weights don’t get results, they do- but not for everyone, I’m even going to say, not for the majority of people!
