How to burn 400 calories in 24 min with no equipment.

Burning calories is the key to fat loss. If you don’t burn off what you consume you store it as fat, pretty simple right?

So obviously the aim would be to burn as many calories as possible in the shortest amount of time. At the end of the day, if you can get the same results in 24 mins as you normally would in 90 mins you would take the shorter way 100% of the time wouldn’t you?

Most of my training consists of HIIT style circuits, grouping certain exercises together and having minimal to no rest between them. I’ve posted about the effectiveness of this training style before and I credit it with finally helping me to reveal a six pack and achieve the body I’ve wanted. The best part is I now spend less time working for it, don’t get me wrong, I love to exercise and challenge myself but realising you don’t need to flog yourself for hours to get results is a pretty cool feeling.

In this video I spend a total of 24 minutes working out, That’s all! Besides the insane amount of calories this workout burns, the icing on the cake is that I can do this workout anywhere! It requires zero equipment- NONE.

You can literally do this workout anywhere you have just a small amount of space, So now I have just taken away all remaining excuses for you to go out and give it a crack yourself.

Keep in mind everyone burns calories at a different weight depending on multiple factors. In saying that, doing this workout yourself is a sure fire way to leave you feeling exhausted but rewarded and is guaranteed to burn a big number of calories as well!
